A RECENT SEWER REPAIR
The call:
a soggy strip of lawn at a townhome, with standing water along one line.
What we found:
we dug down to the sewer lateral, the pipe that carries waste from the building out to the main sewer. It was broken, and roots had grown inside it.
The fix:
we cut out the broken section and put in new PVC with rubber couplings and a cleanout, so the line can be reached for cleaning later without digging.
Then we put the yard back.
The walkway in this photo was poured new after one of our sewer digs, and we stamped our name in it.
